Campaign Manager Position
WE ARE LOOKING for a Campaign Manager – Outbound Sales Call Center

We are seeking an experienced Campaign Manager to oversee outbound sales campaigns, manage team leaders, and ensure revenue goals are met.
You will track performance metrics, optimize staffing, manage training, and drive campaign success across multiple product lines.
Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of leadership experience in outbound sales call centers, preferably with companies like Sitel, Foundever, Concentrix, or White Shark Media.
Location: ON SITE. Altamira, Managua, Nicaragua
Compensation: Competitive + Performance Bonus
Campaign Performance & Goal Tracking
Monitor and report on daily, weekly, and monthly sales KPIs such as:
Revenue per campaign
Abandoned cart recovery success rates
Conversion rates and call-to-sale ratios
Contact rates and call disposition trends
Proactively identify underperforming campaigns and create action plans to improve them.
Manage pacing to ensure monthly revenue goals are on track.
- Team Leadership & Management
Manage team leaders or supervisors directly, ensuring they:
Coach agents effectively
Hold daily huddles and performance reviews
Address training and performance gaps quickly
Ensure the right agents are in the right campaigns based on skills, past performance, and specialization.
- Training & Quality Management
Oversee new hire onboarding for outbound sales agents.
Ensure agents have refresher training on:
Sales scripts
Objection handling
Product knowledge
CRM systems and call center software
Implement quality monitoring and feedback loops.
- Resource & Workforce Planning
Collaborate with workforce management (WFM) to:
Schedule the right staffing levels per campaign
Balance workloads between teams
Forecast call volume and staffing needs for upcoming campaigns
- Cross-Functional Coordination
Work closely with:
Sales leadership – to align on goals and offers
Marketing – to understand upcoming promotions
IT/Systems – to ensure campaign dialers, CRMs, and reporting tools are working.
Required Skills & Experience:
Experience
5+ years in a call center leadership role (Campaign Manager, Operations Manager, or Senior Team Lead).
Proven background in outbound sales operations.
Experience with large-scale call center BPOs like Foundever (SiTel), Concentrix, White Shark Media (or similar) is a big plus.
Skills
Strong analytical skills for tracking KPIs and spotting trends.
Must have skills in Google Sheets and Google Workspace Environment.
Leadership & coaching – ability to motivate and manage managers/team leaders.
CRM & call center technology proficiency
Excellent communication skills for cross-department collaboration.
Problem-solving mindset – able to fix operational bottlenecks quickly.
